I am having a problem with premium-download which is occuring quite frequently, but with no obvious pattern. When I click on the blue arrow, a download box appears but the files is not correct, it comes up as "Compressed (zipped) Folder (264 bytes)". I use Firefox.

Hi, I am having an issue where I keep having to log in every time I use premium download in Chrome. I saw a fix to it before but I can't find it again. Can someone help or link to the fix for me? Thanks.

Hi, I am receiving this message when clicking on blue download arrow - "
You have reached quota of downloaded information for premium accounts. At the moment, the quota is 6 TB per 180 day(s)

"

I dont even have a TB storage on my laptop, so not sure how this has come about?

This only happens on rg.to links.

Most of the reports come from Chrome users. I don't know but Chrome was always "strange" and needed extra things to do in order to make it work properly.. Personally I use Firefox for years and never had so many things to worry about..

Chrome have recently changed cookies enforcement settings and the solution for FAQs #10 can't be applied anymore.
Please advise.

Hi

I'm accessing the site via Chrome on the latest build - Version 91.0.4472.77 (Official Build) (32-bit).

I'm encountering Problem no. 10. I have to login each time for the Premium Downloader.

I've tried the fix: https://support.siteimprove.com/hc/en-g ... nforcement but no joy.

The more recent versions of Chrome don't appear to have the same descriptor as that shown in the fix. It now seems to be called:-
"Enable removing SameSite=None cookies
Enables UI on chrome://settings/siteData to remove all third-party cookies and site data. – Mac, Windows, Linux, Chrome OS
#enable-removing-all-third-party-cookies".

The flag, like all others, is normally set to 'default'. I've tried changing the setting to both 'disabled' and 'enabled' and relaunched each time but I'm still having to enter my premium account login details each time I click on a blue download arrow.

Can an admin or anyone else help at all as it's driving me nuts?!

Thanks very much.

EDIT: I've just seen that this issue has already been reported. My apologies for repeating the reporting of this issue. Is there a fix yet? Thanks.

I am getting the msg "It is not possible to carry out a record in the file X ...".
Using Safari on an up-to-date Mac. If I go to an older file, no problem, just seems to affect the more recent uploads.

Hi folks, tried to download an audiobook this morning and received this message 'You have reached quota of downloaded information for premium accounts. At the moment, the quota is 6 TB per 180 day(s)'. I don't think it's possible that I can have reached that amount of data. I put almost all of my audiobooks on to my external hard drive which holds only 3TB and it's only about half full. It doesn't seem possible that I have downloaded that much traffic.
