I dont even have a TB storage on my laptop, so not sure how this has come about?

This only happens on rg.to links.

This has been fixed.


This is occurring again but not with every download. I am using Safari on a MAC

I just got this message when I tried to download a book and there is NO WAY it is possibly true!

"You have reached quota of downloaded information for premium accounts. At the moment, the quota is 12 TB per 365 day(s)"

Can anyone help me with this? And yes it was a rg link that I was trying to download.

2. I don't see blue download arrows next to links
The blue arrows are visible to anyone who is logged in, regardless of whether or not you have a Premium subscription.

1. make sure "Display Premium Downloader" is set to Yes Here (at the bottom).
2. make sure you don't have javascript disabled in your browser
3. check if an adblocker is blocking our javascript from running (such as NoScript). Make sure neither mobilism.org nor mblservices.org is blocked by your adblocker. If you're using NoScript, make sure to allow full site.
4. if you're using Chrome, try disabling its built in pop-up blocker
5. if you're located in the United Arab Emirates, see This
6. if you're located in Australia and using Telstra, you need to turn off TELSTRA Broadband Protect



I do not see the blue arrows.
Premium Downloader is set to Yes, I do not have javascript blocker, I deactivated Adblock, I am not in UAE or Australia.

I checked with Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi and Internet Explorer. Last one has no addons and no Adblock at all.


BWT: The link in number 5 regarding the UAE seems to lead nowhere, could you update please?

I see my membership information, currently the trial. But I have not seen the blue arrow until now, except for the blue arrow as a demonstration picture on how it should look like in the PN I received when ordering the trial account.

I'm having the exact same issue as andychinagd.

I downloaded premium file fine a few days ago using the arrows. But since renewing premium and adding VIP my login credentials no longer work.

https://mblservices.org/ works fine with my login credentials.
