yup blue arrows have disappeared for me as well... also the book covers aren't displaying either... Control F5 didn't work... I'll try again later... thank you...

This was an issue with the filehost Rapidgator and has already been fixed.

You can change your Premium password on mblservices.org (our control panel for the Premium Downloader).

Is there a way to see your own end date for premium or subscription history? I just got an email about premium ending 27 December 21, but I renewed for a year 27 November 21 (I thought).

Please login with your Premium login to mblservices.org and you'll see the expiration date. The email was likely referring to your previous subscription, and if you've already renewed your account will not expire.

Hi,

I have received the following message when attempting to download:
Error: You have reached the download-limit: 61440 Mb for last 1 days



I was unaware of any such limit (and not certain I could have exceeded it), is there a technical problem somewhere?

Hi there, I have a premium subscription but can't find details of this on the site ie) can't remember whether I got yearly/lifetime etc.
I'd also like to request a book but can't see how much WRZ I have to offer

The Premium downloading account goes into effect automatically (immediately). We apply VIP status on the forum manually so that takes a while but yours has already been done.
