I am also having a problem with the premium download account saying invalid username and/or password. I did clear out the password and tried again but got some error.

I'll add to the previous 2 posts. My login/password not working with either the premium app or the blue arrows on the actual website. I did clear password, etc. with the app to no avail.

its says
