On the new forum isn't possible to find All the République any more....

I see... You're right, all I saw was v.1.0. There is indeed a 3.0 and 3.1. Very strange.

There's something wrong on the search engine...

Whilst it may seem a very trivial request at this time, it would be really nice to see some new emoticons/smilies on the forum....pleeeeeeease :?

Well hell. I like it. A lot as matter of fact. An inverted option of this layout would be kewl to try. Is it possible to give me that option?

Thanks

Is there any way to get the ebooks to lighten up (grey out) once you have opened them? This allows you to remember where you left off.
Also the new site looks great!
But is there anyway to turn the volume down... I find the background very hard on the eyes (not as young as I use to be). Maybe as an option for each user?
A site map would also be great to find the areas that you use to go to without really thinking to hard....

Thanks for all your hard work!

Have posts date and time been mentioned yet? It's annoying that they are on the bottom of the post or release instead of the top.

1st impression. nice! it gives a 'modern' feel to the forum.

but, some feedback:
* date & time of post should ideally be on top
* have the 'breadcrumb' navigation so its easier to go to different sections of the forum. easier to know where we are too.
* viewed the site on mobile using Google Chrome (and also Dolphin). seems like its not so 'responsive'. i had to scroll to the right as the page was not fitting into the screen
* good if we can have some notification alerts at the top (like some count of unread PM, etc). at the moment, need to mouse-over to see if there's any unread messages
* anyway to tell if there's new post in a thread after we had last visited?

that's all from the first 5 mins. i guess there will be more later.

Funny how you get used to things and when they changed you gasped and thought "what the ..."
That thought out of the way, the site looks current and up there with the best. Congrats.

No, it's a matter of hating snowblindness.

I hate the look of both Gmail and YouTube. I don't hate going to Reddit b/c I use Reddit Enhancement Suite, which darkens the layout.

Can you please provide an alternative for those of us who want to avoid the blinding glare? Preferably the option to return the old layout. But at least darker backgrounds.

I do not like the new layout, although I admit I didn't really give it a chance, but I didn't find it as user friendly. Maybe it takes getting used to, but if I have the option I'll pick the old version. THANK YOU for giving us the option to use the classic version!!! I am going to post my books and reviews using the classic version, then just for browsing and I will change back and give it a try to find my way around and comfortable. Please keep the option to keep original format if possible! THANKS though for updating, and for considering our opinions.

The new red icons to the left of the topic to indicate new posts are great! Thank you!
