May I ask where the 5-icon docking bar comes from ? Is it LauncherPro or something else ?
I'm trying to find something similar without all the problems that heavy interface caused to my Galaxy

TYup, looks like launcherpro to me. If you check the settings you'll also find settings for low memory usage btw..
