You can't install as a regular app. You have to flash it via recovery. (Meaning you'll have to root your desire.)
I will try them and report back later.

I was a bit confused as to how to install these too, so I examined the zip file to see what was going on, and did the following (on my rooted Desire):

-Installed the zip file using the boot-into-recovery mode
-When that finished I followed the on-screen prompt and rebooted the phone
-I used Root Explorer to go to the folder /data/app
-All the wallpaper install files (TATLiveWallpapers*.apk files) were there, so I just installed them as you would do with any other APK file

Now they all work fine for me :D

tried on my HTC Desire by extracting the files from \fasclwp_ap\data\app and putting them into SD card and then installing these wallpapers through Astro...installed successfully but...when trying to set them as live wallpapers they Force Close...this indicates that actually they should work but maybe there's something wrong with them...maybe they don't support the resolution? would be nice to have them on HTC Desire if someone found the way how to install them so that they could be used...

Is your Desire rooted? I'm guessing they'll force close if you don't have liblwfa-0.A.2-mng-p1.so in your /system/lib folder.

it's not rooted...but i don't see the reason why it shouldn't work on non-rooted phone? would it be possible to get this file from your rooted Desire and see what happens then...thanx

It should work fine on non-rooted phones (I was just curious if it was or not), but you'll need that library file on your phone too. The library file is included in the fasclwp_ap archive in the system/lib folder. If you install the zip file as mentioned in the first post, you should find it will automatically copy it in to your phones /system/lib folder for you.

I hope you find them more entertaining than I did... not long after using them, I got bored of them so they were uninstalled.
