this app seems to phone home after a while, today I was greeted with a message that water drops has encountered a problem it then asked for my email address to report it
I canceled the popup , it then displayed a water drop icon with a lock next to it for the background

I restarted the tablet and it still was there
used lucky patcher to remove license verification with extreme auto mode and it went back to normal

I guess the author put something in to check if it wasnt purchased legitimately then flagged it
