And even the Google Play page of this app said that, this app is not compatible with my Device (Android 9).
Not sure to understand the problem here.
Although, the requirement stated that this one is for Android 4.x +

Although, the requirement stated that this one is for Android 4.x +
v1.1 is out and the creator mentioned: Fixed permissions for older devices.
So, it was a developer problem after all.
