** The clock widget is called m clock by MAROONED SOFTWARE, it’s in the market and it’s free. You can download various xml templates to change the appearance. This particular one is called Mire. Email me I can send you a link

Not all icons change automatically to manually change them long press on an icon, hit replace, and press Theme’s Icons.
