All these "Tha icon" links point to a thread with some tool for applying the icon packs, but the thread is gone. Could someone please explain how to use all these Tha icon packages?? I even found Tha Icon Changer somewhere, but pointing it to one of these zipped files on my phone doesn't accomplish anything.

Thank you! That revealed that the secret was to have the icons unzipped into a folder on the phone that you simply browse to with the changer program. The app leads you you thru the rest of the process, it just didn't say what it was looking for when browsing for something early on.
