Installing :
Search for Go Launcher EX – its a free Launcher application from the Go Dev team
Get the Latest version ( for free )
install and run GO Launcher EX app

Then Install the Pink GO Launcher theme neon and open directly after it's installed successful
or go back to GO Launcher EX , press menu then choose Pink GO Launcher theme neon
and apply

Changing Wallpaper :
Slide with your finger up over your desktop and the GO Menu appears.
From this menu press wallpaper then GO wallpaper and choose neon wallpaper

Icon Replace :
Your icons should automatically change but some devices may not change the icons automatically.
Tab and hold an icon in desktop. (works only with desktop icons, is not available in the app list drawer )
then press replace , choose the icon and thats it.

Font Change :
Slide with your finger up over your desktop and the GO Menu appears.
From this menu press preferences then visual settings
and from the font menu select scan font
then choose your font
