Overview: Phlats is an icon pack/launcher theme to replace the stock icons on your Android device. You must have a 3rd party Home Replacement Launcher app such as the ones listed below to use this theme.


This is not a stand alone app. It will not open from the app drawer. You must apply the theme through your launcher settings by following the instructions below.
