I love the look of my new Empire Launcher Theme but I couldn't find a Theme Engine Theme that matched. That was the idea behind Empire CM11

HOW TO USE WITH THEME CHOOSER

-Download Theme
-Go to System Settings -> Themes
-Select Empire CM11 and press apply

fixed icons in settings themed to previous version
Fixed error 400
Fixed G+ after update
Fixed everything else
