Seemed to install okay but no Icon anywhere to click for starting the game ??? Phone is rooted and also can't see it in /system/app anywhere. No indication of a failed install. ??

I found another way to attempt to start this app but it refuses to start. Installed 3 times, rebooted but no go on Galaxy Note 3.
