I don't see anything wrong on our server's side, and I just tested downloading and averaged 12.3mb/s. Sounds like there might be a routing issue somewhere between our server and you. Typically these get resolved within a day or two.

Thank you very much for your fast reply. Is there any other user to confirm slow premium speed in the Asia region? Even on LTE or 5G , same speeds aka 100k and lower. Just to clear things up. Simply a trial. After it ends nothing happens, it just ends.

i use premium download quite a lot. its behavior changed recently (within the last 48 hours).
now it prompts for account and password on each download, rather than giving out a cookie for
subsequent downloads. (this is using firefox current on mac os x monterey).

the same behavior on chrome (current.) (btw, chrome prompts where to save the file on each download,
so i seldom use it.)

the same behavior on safari.

so it looks like you broke cookie management somehow...

Nothing changed on our end, this issue is on your side. Are you using mobilism.me rather than mobilism.org? The Premium Downloader is under the mobilism.org domain so if you use mobilism.me (our alternative domain) you might experience the aforementioned issue.

Yes, thanks, that was it. Silly me.

You might change the .js on the blue arrow so it simply doesn't work or redirects to .org before prompting for the login.

We're aware of the issue of the filehost uploadrar.com returning an incorrect 264 byte file and are working on it.

Edit: the issue has been fixed.

Rapidgator keeps giving captcha error. Uploaddev does nothing other than "getting download link", but never gets. This is happening over mobilism application.

Can you give me an example of a Rapidgator link with which this happens? All of the ones I've tried work fine. We're working on the issue with Uploadev, it has to be resolved on their end.

I know this issue has been raised before but I can't find the answer. My blue arrows have disappeared and now shows as a QR code. This has happened to me before and there was an easy fix, I forgot what it was. Help please
