REMOVE ANY INSTALLED VERSION OF FXSOUND 1 or FXSOUND 2 (Freemium) EDITION (including the luminati SDK that comes with the freemium version BEFORE installing this PRO version

Note:
If your sound is gone check if you've selected the right audio source.

HELP the white screen pops-up what to do?
The installer will ask you to use the free version or buy an subscription. If you choose the free plan it will install some crap and allows you to use almost all premium features. to prevent the installation of the crap and giving you ALL the features for free. DO NOT choose an option or hit the red button. simply KILL the Luminati proccess that shows up during install. Copy the patched files after the installation finishes to the install dir (be sure to kill fxsound before copying the patched files). Now you've got yourself a pro subscription for free AND you didn't install those luminati crap on your device.

THIS PATCH IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH V1.0.5.0!

Yes! I’ve been using the freeware version which makes you agree to install some crap called Luminati that uses your pc cycles and network when it’s idle. If you disable it fxsound won’t work.

This is the pro version when that white screen pop ups just kill the luminati process. Its tested on different devices and it should work fine. How to check the version: Go to settings > account (and it will say that the pro plan is activated). After killing luminati the installer should continue and you can start fxsound (after copying the two patched files to the install dir).

Oh by the way, if you already installed the freeware version be sure to remove it completely (luminati idem ditto.) and install this version afterwards that should fix your problem if im right. The pro version (patched files) works without the luminati proccess and works fine the message just pops up during the installing proccess because thry give you an option to use it for free, IF your're fine with that it installs the luminati crap but we don't want that. If we choose to disable it the installer will ask to sign-in with your paid subscription, to prevent you from choosing the free option just kill the sdk (not the installer) and it will skip that luminati part of the installation. Copy the patched files to use fxsound pro WITHOUT paying for a subscription. (the patched files disable the registration part and the checks.) Just follow the instructions and it should be fine!

I installed it as saying I wanted to subscribe not free. It asked for my email for registration, I closed the box pasted the patch and its working as pro. BUT, their are still many files and folders for luminati in the install directory. One luminati folder has 24 files for logging. Also from experimenting while using the free version there is a nasty file called net_update64.exe that sounds innocent but is Luminati and will continue to reinstall all luminati files if you delete them.

A truly evil company. If you look them they wrote to Malwarebytes trying to get whitelisted and someone asked why cant I uninstall the files if they are harmless. No response. Also their website is all about how to monetize inactive app users.

I'm going to delete them all and see if Foxsound will work now that it says registered.

Im going to investigate this further :) Im running some tests now and so far fxsound contacted one ip '184.106.60.185' I patched lum_sdk64.dll because that ip checks the license when fxsound starts so thats why. im monitoring fxsound to see if luminati kicks in and if it contactes any other ip or its making logs etc etc... so far it didn't. (Luminati is also used to check your license) but when you don't use your pc it should do some stuff if you've got yourself the freemium version. in the pro version it should be disabled so I'm testing that at the moment. Oh and i deleted the folder too (the files in there where old, they where made during the installation part. However after deleting the folder it makes the directory again but its still empty cause the luminati .dll file is patched. the freemium version would have filled that folder with crap after you run the program but in this case its still empty.

To be short:
Those luminati stuff inside the luminati folder are made during installation. atleast thats the case by me. FxSound didn't touch those files after the patching proccess. that means luminati is disabled (as it should). luminati is only being used to check the license for the pro version. so its contacting one ip only, once at startup. (that ip i mentioned earlier).
the files inside the luminati proccess are old and shouldn't return after you cracked fxsound and its safe to delete the folder. (by the way, i renamed the updater.exe and the net_updater64.exe just to be sure). Those .exes are being used to update the program but we don't have to cause its cracked.
