1. Disable internet connection and install the program (use given setup)
2. Run program and log into the server using credentials admin/admin (admin username and admin password)
3. Click on "License" at top middle and wait for license window to popup
4. Click on "Browse" button and select the license.xml file (from "License Key" folder)
5. Hit the "Upgrade" button and it will be activated
