The "You have reached quota of downloaded information for premium accounts. At the moment, the quota is 24 TB per 365 day(s)" error on Rapidgator will be fixed shortly. It is currently going to appear for all accounts when using the filehost Rapidgator, so you don't need to report it.

i don't get the blue arrows anymore, I just get the QR code to download with Mobilism App. I am a Lifetime Premium member and haven't had any issues until now. I have tried this on iOS (Safari), Firefox and Chrome. Can I get the blue arrows back somehow?

The blue arrows are visible to anyone who is logged in, regardless of whether or not you have a Premium subscription.

1. make sure "Display Premium Downloader" is set to Yes Here (at the bottom).
2. make sure you don't have javascript disabled in your browser
3. check if an adblocker is blocking our javascript from running (such as NoScript). Make sure neither mobilism.org nor mblservices.org is blocked by your adblocker. If you're using NoScript, make sure to allow full site.
4. if you're using Chrome, try disabling its built in pop-up blocker
5. if you're located in the United Arab Emirates, see This
6. if you're located in Australia and using Telstra, you need to turn off TELSTRA Broadband Protect

There are not. Lifetime never gets special discounts because it already has a permanent discount; the cost of your previous subscription gets subtracted from the $150. So if you paid $25 last year, Platinum for you would be $125.

Hi - does it mean that if I paid $25 last year and $25 a year before it and again $25 year before, all the previous subscriptions will get subtracted from the $150 and the Platinum discount would be $75?
