Give this one a shot, it should force the error message to english:

fix1 success!!!!
the problem was, and WPAppPatcher detected the corrupted app
so i needed to manually fix it (uninstall) and WPAppPatcher began to work as it should

Guys, for me it's working now...had the con. error. Then in v 1.5 had the corupt app error and i got the nr. of the corrupt app.
On device i searched for this app in file manager and i deleted it. From then on it's working.

Yea, you can temporarily "Fake" your phone as for example a Nokia Lumia 900 so you can download/run Nokia applications.
As for the store region, you can change the region but you will also need a Microsoft Account from that region

No, store key is only useful when you just installed/updated a new rom and want to quickly change your key,
app purchases are bound to your Microsoft Account so he/she will have to share the ms account.

dont open patched app in Marketplace... Marketplace dont recognize patched licence and offer to upgrade app... you must deploy again patched app, open an close marketplace to remove upgrade notification....

Did someone experienced the error in he subject while sending XBL_unlock cab to the phone?
I have an HTC 7 Pro with Dynamics 1.21 ROM (7.10.8779.8 ), WP7 root tools 0.11 ...
I could try adding manually the registry key and the .dsm and .dll files using GoodDayToDie WebServer,
but I don't know where to put .dsm file: same directory than .dll???
