working very fine on my Windows 8 Pro x86....

did you install WP SDK 7.1.1?
1. install http://www.xbox.com/en-US/LIVE/PC/DownloadClient
2. install WP SDK 7.1
3. Install http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download ... x?id=29233

also from Requirements folder install CoreConInstall2.exe and vs_sdeprolightup-enu.msi

now the WPAppPatcher starts, and the "Ping Phone" is also working perfectly, I entered the correct phone IP.

but unfortunately it wont show any apps. getting the error "make sure your windows phone is rooted and WPAppSender is allowed"

the phone is rooted (lg optimus 7) and the WPAppSender is running without any problem and shows the correct phone ip.

why the apps won't be showed?
and must zune be started?

Zune needed only for install patched apps back to phone....

check did WPAppSender allowed to root access...

you dont enter IP from computer... you must enter WiFi IP from phone in WPAppPatcher... read my instructions here:

if you see computer IP on WPPatcher on PC you use old version...

is there any way to extract or deploy new encrypted xap file? i've downloaded d encrypted file, but m unable to deploy the same with the existing deployment softwares
