Overview: Windows 11 is a series of personal computer operating systems produced by Microsoft as part of its Windows NT family of operating systems. It is the successor to Windows 10 and was released to manufacturing on July 15, 2015 and to retail on July 29, 2015. Windows 10 is continually receiving new versions, which are available at no additional cost to users. Devices in enterprise environments can receive these updates at a slower rate or use long-term support milestones that only receive critical updates, such as security patches, during their ten-year extended support life.

Today we released an update (build 22000.65) for everyone on the dev channel with a nice set of improvements and fixes that will make your Windows 11 experience even better.
Changes and improvements
Get started now has a search box to make it easier to find what you are looking for.
-The taskbar will now display on multiple monitors that can be enabled through Settings> Personalization> Taskbar.
-We have updated several system alert dialogs, such as the alert when your laptop battery is running low or when you change the display settings with the new visual design of Windows 11.
-The 'Power Mode' setting is now available on the Power & Battery page in Settings.
-Right-clicking on the desktop now directly has an Update option without clicking "Show more options".
-Right-clicking on a .ps1 file in File Explorer now directly has Run with PowerShell options without clicking "Show more options."
-The snapshot layouts available when using smaller PCs in portrait orientation have been optimized for that pose. Now you can choose to place three apps on top of each other, instead of four quadrants.
-Based on collaboration with the most popular GIF provider in China, weshineapp.com, GIF selections are now available to Windows Insiders in China through the emoji panel (WIN +.). If the location is set to China, the GIF data will appear on weshineapp.com.
-Right-clicking on the volume icon in the taskbar now includes an option to fix sound issues.

Taskbar:
-We fixed an issue where it was not possible to click the Show Desktop button with the mouse on the edge of the taskbar.
-We fixed an issue where the date and time in the taskbar did not reflect your preferred format.
-We fixed an issue where the preview window might not display the full window when hovering over the Task View in the taskbar.
-We fixed an issue pressing ESC or clicking the desktop did not dismiss the open app preview thumbnail window if you set focus on it after pressing WIN + T.
-We fixed an issue where if you rotate a PC to portrait orientation and back to landscape, application icons are not displayed on the taskbar even though there is space.
Settings:

-Fixed noticeable stuttering in animation when closing Quick Settings and Notification Center by clicking their respective icons on the taskbar.
-We fixed an issue where the Quick Settings and Notification Center windows had no shadows.

Start:
-In some cases, you may not be able to enter text when using Search from the start or the taskbar. If you experience the problem, press WIN + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog box, then close it.
Taskbar:
-The taskbar sometimes flickers when changing input methods.
-Dragging an application icon to rearrange it on the taskbar will cause the application to start or minimize.
Settings:
-When launching the Settings app, a brief green flash may appear.
-When using Quick Settings to modify accessibility settings, the settings UI may not save the selected state.
File Browser:
-The new command bar may not appear when the "Open folders in separate process" option is enabled in File Explorer Options> View.
-Explorer.exe hangs in a loop for Insiders using Turkish display language when battery charge is 100%.
-By right-clicking on the desktop or in File Explorer, the context menu and the resulting submenus may appear partially off-screen.
Look for:
-After clicking the search icon on the taskbar, the search panel may not open. If this happens, restart the "Windows Explorer" process and reopen the search panel.
-When you mouse over the search icon on the taskbar, recent searches may not be displayed. To fix the problem, restart your PC.
-The search panel may appear black and not show any content below the search box.
Widgets:
-The widget board may appear empty. To fix the problem, you can log out and log back in.
-Launching links from the widget dashboard may not invoke foreground apps.
- When using the Outlook client with a Microsoft account, Calendar and Tasks changes may not be synchronized with the real-time widgets.
-Widgets may be displayed in the wrong size on external monitors. If you come across this, you can launch the widgets via touch or WIN + W shortcut on your real PC screen first and then launch them on your secondary monitors.
-After adding multiple widgets quickly from widget settings, some of the widgets may not be visible on the dashboard.

-The install button may not be functional yet in some limited scenarios.
