Overview: Adobe Master Collection CC 2022 is a collection of applications from the Creative Cloud 2021 line and a number of junior version programs combined by a single installer with the ability to select the installation path and the language of the installed programs.In terms of functionality, everything is very similar to the well-proven Adobe Master Collection CS6 in the past. Only here, the installer interface has changed, the current package includes significantly more programs than its namesake Creative Suite 6, and the versions of the programs themselves are mostly fresher.

- QuickTime 7.6 .6 software required for QuickTime functions

Pre-Activated. Works just fine for me.
You need to be signed into an account to use the new Neural Filters though. Just create one via Tempmail or something. Sign in and then when it asks you to start your 7 day trial just press the Quit Photoshop button and then reload it.

I tried your suggestion and signed into an Adobe account.
But when you try to download the neural filter...it says "the filter is not available".
This happens on every single neural filter.

I tried disabling my firewall & antivirus.
Might be a flaw of this release...or perhaps Adobe has blocked this installation method from accessing?

EDIT according to some other online discussion, you're supposed to install the neural filters before applying a crack.

This release is weird because we don't know what crack is used and it's automatically applied during installation.
And from my current experience, we can't even download plugins from Adobe like neural filters.

After further reading and testing, neither this nor the other major "m0nkrus" release can provide usable neural filters.

Both apply the crack during installation.
While a post I found online suggested downloading the neural filters before applying cracks.
So in both these releases, we don't have that option.

As the previous user mentioned, you should be signed in to download Neural Filters.
But that alone is not enough in both releases.

Now the interesting things is...the "m0nkrus" release can successfully download Neural filters.
He has an instruction in an FAQ about deleting a certain folder.
Once you do this and you're signed in to an Adobe account, you're able the download the Neural Filters.
But when you load an image to process, none of the filters change the image in any way.
So really, this is a failure.

Also I notice, the "m0nkrus" release is "2021".
It has a very different set of neural filters than this release.
There are only a few available, while the rest exist in some sort of "Coming soon..." style preview category (unusable).
Not very impressive.

This release is "2022" and actually displays way more (cooler) Neural Filters.
But again, they are are completely unusable because you can't download them.
I tried the folder deletion trick that worked in the other "m0nkrus" release, but it didn't work with this release.

Now there's one more method I found on reddit.
It involves installing the official programs from the cloud.
Then you apply some sort of crack.
It's way more complicated and has lots of steps.
But the advantage of this method is that you maybe able to download the Neural Filters while in a trial mode.
Unfortunately, I haven't tested it - so I'm not sure if it's usable after you apply the crack.

Bottom line...none of these major releases let you use Neural Filters.
However, this particular release at least gives you a broader range of Neural Filters (unusable) than the "2021" releases.
So my feeling is to install this one.
Then wait to see if anyone figures out a workaround to get Neural Filters working on it (if anyone figures something out, please share).
