Download link still works. Seems to be official installation file.
Make sure you copy paste link to a new window. Or use a download manager. I checked link with JDownloader, it's showing me that it's a 4.20 mb download and link is live.

BTW, what do you use this app for? I can't see a use case for it, there seem to be better alternatives around. If you can post what you want to use it for, perhaps me (or someone else) can point you to better alternatives.
