Name of app: Plottr
Version: Newest preferred, but any working version would be greatly appreciated. If possible, would love to have access on both Windows and the Android app. But I would be thrilled to have either.

The Android app was posted here once upon a time (link: viewtopic.php?f=432&t=3194981) but the download links are long dead, the uploader hasn't been seen in a long time, and this was version 1 while Plottr is now well into version 3 with major overhauls between then and now.
I have been looking for Plottr for years, so any help at all with this would be amazing. Thank you!
