Is there anyway to prevent the hacked apps from uninstalling it seems like everytime I reset my hd7 and i click an app it uninstalls cause it been revoked by microsoft.

dont uninstall them, they can be reused as soon as you have unlocked your device again.
there are reg-files to stop the phone from phoning home and you can edit the hosts-file of your computer to stop it from phoning home...but still when using wlan...your phone connects to microsoft servers. For now you have to live with this issue, lets see what update1 brings and how we can jailbreak our phone then.
