My phone is Dev unlocked, is that enough to install the apps/games here or will i have to wait for some sort of jailbreak for nodo (im using the arrive)?

Dev unlocked is all you need. You should be able to side load apps. Not sure what the limit is..but there is a work around to remove the limit as well.

The 'jailbreak' that is/was available for pre-nodo phones was just basically a way to unlock the phone.
