I was just wondering is it safe to do the updates? will it disbale sideloading ?

I installed it yesterday. I can confirm that if you were unlocked prior the update, then you are still unlocked after. I deployed a couple xaps to test.

But.. this update also bundles Nodo with it. For some people who didn't have Nodo installed.. this will install Nodo on your device. If you already had Nodo installed.. than you are safe.

92 is just a certificate update. the compromised comodo ssl certificates were deleted.
just as a servicepack WP7 updates always include instructions to previous updates
