i'm student so its possible for me to unlock the phone without Chevron etc.

my questions is now, if it is in any sort dangerous to install cracked apps form the 3Mktplace App on my Phone?
has MS a possibility to recognize that i installed cracked apps?
because when registering as student, you have to enter Zipcode and so one, to get validation

I haven't had any problems. Although I have read that somewhere down the line MS will implement a system similar to what is currently available on XBOX live and ban the phones from the marketplace.

But for now you are safe.

so you have also an Student Dev Account and use 3Mktplace or other cracked apps without problem. And what Data have you entered in app hub for adress and so on?

Can you also then sync with Zune?

No, I dont have a student dev acct. At the present time MSFT doesnt have a system in place that checks what you have installed on your phone in terms of cracked apps. Although that may change later (the way xbox checks your system when you log on to xbox live) at the present time you are safe to use any app that you want. If you are really paranoid about them banning you from marketplace..you can disable the xbox live feature on your phone.

Go to settings>>Applications>>Games and choose turn off the "Connect to Xbox Live" option.
