If anyone cares, I managed to fix the MMS issue, kind of by accident. This is the process I went through. I had to set ADC with samsung tools, then as it was rebooting, pulled battery and sim card. I then powered the device without the sim in it and ran Samsung Network profile (which i dont think did anything since I am sim locked). I then powered the phone off/on 3 times ( i was fiddling with registry settings testing the colour banding issue) and the last time I powered the phone off, reinserted the sim card, and boom...my MMS is working again. I got a few MMS messages that I guess were sent over the last 2 days, all at once. I confirmed by sending a few and contacting the recipient to make sure they got them too!!
