a question - what are the risks by using cracked wp7 apps like remotedesktop or navigon which're normally paid-apps?
Or are there no risks and i can use my phone as usual, using data connection, wifi, zune etc.?

and ... those cracked apps wont be updated, right? Id have to download a new version from the board here and re-install it, yes?

If you use them with XBOX Live enabled, there is a chance your XBL Live account may get banned.

Apart from that, there isn't much risk, unless the app makes use of server side verification.

So what happens hen they ban your XBL account? Does it stop you accessing the entire XBL app? Or does it just disable all XBL games.

You can't play Xbox LIVE online and lose all your gamerpoints. The effect will be felt if you used the same XBL ID as your XBOX 360 as most likely, they will ban you on your 360 as well.

However, if you do get banned, just go to settings and turn XBOX LIVE "OFF". To avoid getting banned when using cracked games, also turn it off. Note that you can't play online with it off, but it doesn't really matter since cracked apps don't let you go online anyway.
