I am planning to buy a USED HTC HD2 and use it as a secondary phone.

Advantage with this phone is, we can load mango (Windows),android (ICS) and couple of other version of OS's. So whenever I am bored with primary device OS, I can use this

It is coming for around 190$ (US dollars) on ebay. Now my question is , Is it really worth 200$ (USED)?

It really depends. The hardware of the HD2 is starting to get outdated. If you're willing to trade that in exchange for a whole array of OSes to play on, then it may be worth for you. But for $200USD for a used model, I find it a little expensive.
