Emulators For Windows CE 3

Hello,
I have a HP Jornada 720, that use Windows CE 3(called Windows HPC2000), and I want to know all computers that I can emulate on it. I principally want a emulator of Commodore and any Apple computer, but all emulators are welcome. :D
