taking place for around 200 years has been banned by our Government.

It is banned? I thought it will return in 2011?? Anyway, this cheese tradition is really really weird. Chase a cheese that is tumbling down a really steep hill???

Really wouldnt have expected to find anything about cheese rolling on here........this place realy is full of surprises.
I too was disappointed to hear that this has been banned, its almost as bad when they banned kids from playing conkers at school.
Its health and safety gone mad thats what it is........
