If I done this and whenever I went to restore, would it try and install all the programs backed up on my storage card, or know to move the right ones to the storage? Or would I be S.O.L. on trying this since I have programs somewhere other than on my phone..

Backup in question that I'd be using SKTools.. Or what are some backup app's that don't do this and know how to and where to merge programs that are on the device and storage card?

Reason I ask is cause theres reg files and other sh!t on the main device that belong to programs on the storage card...

No one knows of any programs that will install stuff to the right place?
