Im also looking for the perfect video converter for my Touch Pro 2, which is also WVGA (480x800). '

Coreplayer has zoom features where you can "fill the screen" or "stretch the screen". But if the video is not wide screen, stretching it makes the actors look fat, and filling the screen cuts out parts of the video.

Just fyi, TCPMP will adjust the movies to best fit on the screen (i.e., black bars on top/bottom for widescreen and on side for tv format). At least the older version I am using on my tilt2 does this (TCPMP V. 0.72RC1). The only downside is the slight pixelation that comes from viewing it larger than it is supposed to be. But it's not too bad really. There are a few tweaks getting tcpmp to run on the tilt2/touchpro2 though. I believe it was selecting smooth zoom, unselecting direct draw and selecting GDI (all on the video options menu). I know that doesn't address the issue we are looking for here, but thought it might help if no one has a suitable converter (but surely it must be around, right?).
