I cleaned my cache on my nook and lost all the downloaded files I had before I had the chance to transfer them to calibre. Is there any way to recover or see what I have downloaded from mobilism?

I'm not sure that clearing your cache would delete ebooks. The only way I would think that could happen is if you imported ebooks directly to the reading app, in “Read” format, as opposed to downloading them and then importing.

If you downloaded the ebooks originally, then clearing the cache shouldn't delete them- you might have just moved them or deleted a folder by accident. You can try using s file manager to run a search for one of the deleted books by title; if it's on there still, it will show in the results, and it might just be a matter of re-importing it into the reading app.

If you didn't download them to a file, but rather, opened them in “Read” format, then I don't know if you can get them back. I'm using an Android tablet, and occasionally I download ebooks directly to the reading app I use, so they won't show up in my device's “download” folders, but I've cleared the cache dozens of times and never lost any of those ebooks.

I know there is software out there that claims it can restore lost/deleted files, and I know there is software that can restore web pages lost from clearing the cache on your PC, so I imagine there's one that does the same for Nooks/tablets. I don't have any experience with them though, so I can't speak to the veracity of any of them. Here's a webpage to something like it-

But again, I don't know how legit they are, so I would look for reviews or another, well-known software that does the same thing.

I hipe you're able to get them back- i know how frustrating it would be to have to re-download everything.
