Right now I am using FileServe to upload my stuff.
Pros:
-Free users get:
500GB of storage space
400KB/s download speed
Remote and FTP uploading
Uploads of up to 1GB per file
1 download per 10 minutes
-For US, UK, and Canada, you get upto $25 per 1000 downloads. You get that kind of money when the upload is greater than 450MB. For France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, Netherlands, Norway, Ireland, Finland, Australia, and New Zealand, you get $22. They pay money for all countries. Smaller uploads get less money. One unique IP address per 24hrs counts as 1 download.
-They pay 25% on refferal earnings
-They are constantly updating the site
-Since RapidShare went down the toilet, lots of people are using FS as their main file host so, links are very plentiful.
Cons:
-Because they are constantly updating the site there are times when there are problems. Sometimes FTP uploads don't go through. They are really good at fixing these problems, though.
On a side note:
I stopped using Megaupload because the CEO of the site has been convicted of computer crimes, including but not limited to, fraud. LOTS of people have uploaded stuff to MU, got a fraction of the points they were supposed to get, and then get a little bit of money. They pay you at first but then the realize it's far more profitable to cut your points, cut your money, or straight up ban you.
I have been a RapidShare premium user since January of last year and I can't wait until it expires; That won't be for another 20 months or so. Many people have deleted tons of gigabytes of material (I deleted 50GB of stuff) because there is no profit to be made. Just for the record, 1 month of premium RS "service" can be had for a little more than 99 cents. That's right. A McDonalds double cheese burger has more value than your RS acct! You have to pay to have more than 10GB of storage (it used to be unlimited, then 200GB, then 50GB). You get speeds of 100KB/s (on average 30KB/s) (it used to be 400-800KB/s). They delete files very quickly as well.
