mphone.exe is wreaking havic on my pc. how can i remove it

Talk about anything here as long as it is not against the rules. Post count not affected.

Looked everywhere but can't find any info. I have no phone connected to my laptop and don't know how this even got on my machine. I have a Toshiba laptop and I Windows XP.

Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
