Don't you have a back-up partition, most laptops and desktops do nowadays, but you would need to back-up your data first.
Or if you got any recovery disks these should work too.

my windows is legal but I installed many illegal programs on it ! for example language of my windows was Italian and I installed a program to change everything to English !
