those aren't a Pocket PC which is what this site is for
as for Symbian section I'd saying something in the Suggestions/Feed back forum if enough user's ask for it there's a possibility of it getting added to teh site, but Reading up on Symbian/Nokia I'd say the odds of a section getting added are slim, as Most people now have Android or Iphones.
