I bought a book (epub) on iBooks that is being requested.
I would like to remove its DRM so I can share it here.
Anyone can help me on how this can be done on OS X?

You could get Calibre for OS X and then get the plug in for Caibre for OS X here:

I've tried that but I cannot seem to make it work it books from iBooks. What am I doing wrong?

I don't know. I have Windows and didn't have an issue installing and using the DRM remover plugin.

I didn't have any trouble installing it. It is just that when I import an epub I bought on iBooks the file imported remains the same. And when I try to visualize it it complains it is DRM protected.

As I know that Caliber can't work on DRM iBooks. Therefore, if you would like to get rid of DRM from iBooks eBooks, you should equip with a powerful iBooks DRM removal. I too have a book that I would like to share here, but can't get it unlocked, since it is ibooks DRM protected. What could be done? Any solutions yet?
