if your voice only software can be trained, but multiple people may be difficult-
Check out the Dragon software- FYI currently on sale at Staples, maybe available elsewhere cheaper...

I was actually looking for the reverse today- text to mp3... I used to have the old trial version from Nextup that was not that bad, but looking for something better now.

didn't think mp3 could be converted to text, but heck, if they can fly a man to the moon.... ( just had to throw that in)
