My favorite exercise is swimming. It is a complete exercise with all parts of your body involved in the activity.You can lose weight for sure through regular swimming as it requires lot of strength and stamina to perform.It is also very effective exercise to lose your belly fat with in days.
Talk about anything here as long as it is not against the rules. Post count not affected.

I like cardio exercise more because cardio is the best for the weight control and fitness purposes. I do jogging, running, swimming, and cycling in my routine workout for at least 30 minutes.
