My favorite exercise is swimming. It is a complete exercise with all parts of your body involved in the activity.You can lose weight for sure through regular swimming as it requires lot of strength and stamina to perform.It is also very effective exercise to lose your belly fat with in days.

I like cardio exercise more because cardio is the best for the weight control and fitness purposes. I do jogging, running, swimming, and cycling in my routine workout for at least 30 minutes.

I love hiking. Thankfully, I live in the Pacific Northwest where there are plenty of beautiful places to hike.

Second best: fitness walking.
