You helped me a lot, so im gonna share some sites im using myself..:D

1) SoulSeek (or Nicotine+) the BEST place for underground music. been there since 2008 and believe me if there's an album you can find it on Slsk. (Its a p2p but the community over there is nice imo)

Rutracker.cr - Russian torrent site

then it depends what kind of music you looking for..private trackers are also a choice for high quality music
