I am having a problem with my car that disappears if I remove certain fuses, however the flip side to this is I lose other features, such as the ability to start my car.

Can anyone tell me what the 6 words/sentences are in this picture?

It's a Mitsubishi Galant, but thanks to Ryuerik I found where the positive was being grounded, which was in the firewall as all those components were internal.
