The break down works like this

New topics -1 WRZ$
New posts - 0.10 WRZ$
Thumbs Ups from other users (if you released something - 1 WRZ$
Completing requests minimum -10 WRZ$ (some people offer more WRZ$ for books)
Donations - 20x WRZ$ per every dollar you donate (minimum $15)
Also Contests when they happen - amount varies
Some users also hold their own events like the Birthday Game
