Well, in order to avoid such problems, try out mobilism premium. Its not very expensive and works really great. You can at least try out the free trial to see for yourself.

Some websites does't show content if they detected adblock.
You can try disabling javascript for the site or entirely. That gets around some sites' popups and redirects. If you use Adblock (of rather unlock origin) you should be using s userscripts extension and this script & list: Anti-Adblock Killer

Double post but worth it:
If you're on android you can now use chromium extensions with the Phi version of the kiwi browser: the nano adblocker AND the companion extension nano defender (like anti-anti-adblock).
With those things usrscld went from 10-12 clicks and 4-5 javascript pop-ups with regular chrome to 3 clicks and no popups for a download. It keeps those .APK fake download away too.
