PayPal Limitations

The only limitation I have with PayPal is that if you have an issue, you need to contact the Service Center of the country where you originally opened your PayPal account in the first place.

They banned me for life, are refusing to review their decision, not letting me remove confidential personal details and absolutely horrible customer service.
