When you get to a point where you can't handle things but you know of a better place where is that place? Some would call it their happy place. Do you take something with you when you travel there? Like music, books, or movies? For me the happy place is the open air of an open grass field, with a book or music, maybe my dogs are running around with me too depends if im angry at them.

Can't go wrong with friends or loved ones.

In bed.
With my cat clawing away at my knees (a case of developing masochism there). Probably with a book and a green tea nearby.

A park bench, a book, sunshine, a very large cup of coffee (black, thank you) a bottle of water and Peanut running around.

A strip joint if it's raining.

You know, that gives me something to think about. It's no wonder I ended up living in the Pacific Northwest...

I occasionally buy a new book from time to time and sit in Starbucks, reading it.

A combination of 3 things determine my happy place:
1. Wide open spaces or dense forest.
2. No people.
3. Cold beer.

I've been known to go to Barnes and Noble, buy a cup of coffee, grab a volume of The Complete Calvin and Hobbes, read it, and put it back on the shelf.

Not a bad deal for a $2.00 cup of bad joe.

My happy place?

Wait, I have to think first. I'm not really a happy person or maybe I am. I don't know, maybe I need a psychological test or check-up or something. Anyway, since I love reading books one of my happy places is Booksale. It's a secondhand bookstore located in the Phil and I always hoard books so expect me always sitting on the floor while scanning books. Second, I love my bed very much. Just please, don't ask me why. :D
